Not likely-but the reality is that in 12,000 American high schools, some say we already have.

How do you make those connections? With experience, that is exactly what “School-to-Work” supplies. With this grant, not only will our students understand how their educational efforts “pay off’ in the real world, they will also become ambassadors for our educational community. Instead of being secluded high atop a hill in Wellman, for a few hours each week our kids will be at the next workstation-whether it’s a computer, an assembly machine or a mechanic’s bay.
